"A little bit pricey! I got the Mango Saga drink & the wild berry crepe and it was $19.53. I felt that my crepe was a bit dry, but my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his. All of the fruit in the crepes was fresh & tasty. The only thing stopping me from making this a regular restaurant is the price. There are other places in town that give bigger & same quality crepes for the same or cheaper prices. The employees were very friendly & the service was quick!"

"Delicious crepes using fresh ingredients. Beautiful atmosphere! The employees alway always friendly and helpful. Everything on the menu has tasted great. Our favorites are #13, #5. #25, #24, all the drinks are great especially the milkshakes. Gluten free options available too."

"I ordered 3 crepes to go. Everything was great except the person making our crepes didnt change his gloves when preparing someone else's order. He touched savory items then made our sweet crepes. They just need to be more proactive on changing gloves and washing hands."

"This location impressed immediately me with their amazing customer service from the second I was at register! I’ve dined at many locations of T Swirl but this location has excelled in customer service. From bringing the crepes to our table to funny jokes. Throughout my experience they have always used fresh ingredients and thoughtful portions. I greatly recommend this place for Crepe lovers!"

"I’ve been an avid customer of this crêpe spot for several months now and usually order through Uber Eats. Today was my first time coming into the actual location, and while the place itself was clean and the food is consistently great, I was honestly disappointed with the customer service. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted at all—no hello, no acknowledgment. It became so awkward that I eventually had to wave just to get someone’s attention. It wasn’t busy at the time (in fact, it was pretty quiet), which made the lack of greeting even more noticeable. It makes me a little concerned about how service might be during peak hours. That said, I’m still giving five stars because the food is truly amazing and I’ve had great experiences with my orders in the past. I also want to give a huge shoutout to another customer named Andrew, who was sitting inside. He was greeting people, spreading positivity, and honestly made my day with his kindness. Thank you, Andrew, for being such a bright presence—you were the highlight of my visit. I’ll definitely continue eating here because the food is worth it, but I really hope the staff receives more customer service training in the future. A simple greeting can go a long way."

"I received this Mango Deluxe Crepe made by the manager Alan during my break. It is delicious. I like the zesty mango compote made from real mangoes. The other servers are very presentable and nice servers. Juan writes cursive in pastry very well. I like having the many opportunities to help make people happy while I am working as a server. I hope Estefania the owner’s wife will soon be allowed to decorate the corners of the room with potted and pointy yellow flowers from her home country. I think they should use some iron stands for the pots. I also like the Lychee Romantic I received in another break that I asked to be filled with granola. Blueberry NY Cheesecake with a couple strands of cucumber has been refreshing. The restaurant is placed in socially convenient area in the middle of the shopping center which views music events, squirrels, the weather, and clothes stores."

"We got the BLT, Strawberry Banana Nutella and Fruit Cocktail ones. They were all very good. They can be very full of ingredients so you might need a fork for the first part. The customer service was awesome and super friendly. We were the first ones just after 10 so the wait wasn't long, but I could see the wait being a bit long when its busy. But worth the wait for sure!"

"I went to T-Swirl after the Fig app (which recommends restaurants that cater to dietary restrictions specifically!) came back with a really good match! I based my search on: -Gluten-free options being clearly labeled -Multiple gluten-free options -The staff being super knowledgeable about all the ingredients in each crepe/menu item And I was super impressed!! Both my partner and I had delicious crepes and the customer service was great! Dude was super friendly and spent a lot of time going over the menu on which options were gluten-free and which weren't due to other ingredients added to the mix. I highly recommend this place for folks who are looking for gluten-free options while eating out!"
